Located about 5 minutes from Disney, this beautiful condo offers a contemporary design, and a well-equipped kitchen. The master has a king size bed and an ensuite.The second room has a queen bed and the third room has a full and twin bunkbed great for the kids! and is sharing a bathroom. You will probably spend most of your time (when not visiting the parks) in the mini-waterpark that has been built recently and is exclusively reserved to the residents and guests staying at Windsor Hills. Last but not least, this home is equipped with free wifi and all rooms have connected TV's. (NEW PICTURES COMING SOON) Don't wait before it's too late. As per HOA rules, pets are NOT allowed.***Your safety and our team's safety are our top priority. Together with our cleaning company, we have amended our cleaning processes and adopted extra cleaning protocols based on recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). 2 cars per rental are allowed into the subdvision. Each car and driver must be registered at the gate prior to check-in.

Windsor Hills is a premium gated subdivision. It is located only 2 miles from Walt Disney World. You will get complimentry access to the clubhouse amenities: Gym, gameroom, mini waterpark.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
